Have you ever noticed that when you drive your car fast sometimes you miss some of the very important road signs on the way? They look pretty normal like rumble breaker ahead and you slip past the warning that they were holding, but in a long shot your car faces the consequences. Similarly, in this fast-paced life, you are running for a lot of things. But don’t you think you are missing some really important sign boards for your life? Well, I am talking about your health. In today’s fast paced life people forget to take care of their health which in turn gives them a problem when they want to reach the goalpost but their bodies do not cooperate.

Here is the list of things that you can work up for the betterment of your life.

1. Create a list

This is a small effort that you will have to put in as you want to stay healthy. Make a list of things that you want to do in your life, on daily basis. Now check your schedule and find out time to make each and everything possible like watching your favorite TV show with your family.

2. Exercise less

You will have to let yourself know that exercising is not hard, or time taking process. This is a myth in everyone’s mindset so they completely blow the exercising time out of their schedule which in turns ends up making people fat, clumsy and slow. A little exercise daily will keep your heart running for long hours. You just need to give your body 15 minutes from your daily routine. Make sure to add the exercising part a must in your list.

3. Quick food

When someone says quick food people often confuse it with takeaways or order online which guarantees you that they will drop the order at your place within 30 minutes. Well everyone uses Google. Search some recipes that can be cooked in a small amount of time. Eat at home and eat healthy. If you take a look at your schedule you can see that your life is a lot of takeaway food and very less home cooked meals. So try and change the possibility of eating out to an affirmation of eating at home.

4. Phones and other talking devices

If your job requires you to be on phone a lot, well this is the best opportunity for you to have a good healthy job profile. Use headphones or put your phone on speaker and try walking whenever you are on call. It is not possible every time you are on call, but most of the time it will work for you.

5. Kids time

Playing with kids is a full-time exercise. So if you don’t have time to go out and pay for your gym and maintain a routine which makes you waste hours of your personal time. Start playing with your kids at home. Or go out and play with the kids on your street. Believe me, you wouldn’t want to quit that habit.
