A bowl of hot soup in winter is quite tempting. Yes, it is and it is beneficial for your health as well. In fact, it is considered as the “PERFECT WINTER FOOD” by many as long as you don’t stuff it with cream, beef or salt. You should look out for more healthy recopies of soup that includes chicken broth. For vegetarian platter, soups can include vegetable broth. You can accompany your soup with some crackers of whole grains. This will include the little dose of grain required while making it a complete meal.
